• PerfectXL Risk Finder and Explore software

3. User Responsibilities:

• Users must use the website and services legally and ethically.
• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Users should not use the website to distribute harmful or unlawful content.
• Users should provide accurate and truthful information when registering or completing assessments.

4. Payment and Billing:

• Payment terms are immediate upon portal use.
• Invoices are automatically sent to the assigned email address.
• No refunds are provided once the service has been utilised, except in cases of technical failure or errors attributable to NBM.

5. Intellectual Property:

• The Financial Model Risk Assessment, Skills Assessment, and Model Risk Navigator are all intellectual property of NBM.
• Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any proprietary content without express permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:

• NBM makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the services.
• Users use the services at their own risk.
• NBM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.
• While NBM employs robust security measures, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. NBM cannot be held liable for unauthorised access due to user negligence.
• Users can store their financial models on the website, which is protected by the Microsoft platform. NBM processes these models using PerfectXL Risk Finder and Explore software and posts the results to user profiles, emailing them to the users. NBM is not responsible for breaches resulting from compromised user credentials.
