Limitation of Liability NBM provides its services "as is" and makes no representations or warranties of any kind. NBM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and any breaches resulting from compromised credentials.
